This running club is for any ability, but with a real focus on beginners, those who maybe don’t feel confident about exercising, or don’t feel secure running alone. We aim to enjoy running as part of feminist body positivity and confidence!
We plan set routes each times, of a few kilometres, and we each do it at our own pace, walking or running. Afterwards, we go to recover and have food/drinks somewhere nice.
Please bring water and wear suitable shoes. Do note this is not a professional running club, just a informal group run, and you would be taking part at your own risk.
