On 24th November, we hosted Max Dashu, an incredibly inspirational speaker and educator specialising in women’s history. Max gave a powerful presentation on Amazons and Women warriors, and shared with us hundreds of images of amazing women from history, many of whom we did not know about! We are hoping to host Max again in the future, as she has many more talks like that to give and much more knowledge to share!

She is already planning to take a trip back to London early next year for more talks. We’ll keep you posted on any developments that we hear about.
