Each week will explore the relationship between a feminist feeling or emotion and yoga (physical postures, breathing and meditation) with a focus on healing! Open to all levels – you don’t need to have prior yoga experience.
1) Drop in session – £10 unemployed, £12.50 part-time employed, £15 employed.
2) Four class pass – £40 unemployed, £50 part-time employed, £60 employed.
3) Eight class pass – £80 unemployed, £100 part-time employed, £120 employed.

When we come to and get involved in feminism we experience emotions, such as pain, anger, hope and wonder. I believe we hold these emotions in our physical bodies – we embody them. The feelings we hold inside can show us why transformations are so difficult but also how they are possible.
Yoga is a time we can slow down to tune into the emotions we embody and begin the healing, releasing and strengthening process.
Each week we focus on a feeling or emotion or theme (although our emotions cannot be separated and are complex so you may feel a bundle, an infusion or none and all of this is okay).
Each week we will focus on a different type of yogic breath, move through a specific sequence of postures and use a certain meditation technique to explore the relationship between our physical bodies and each emotion.
